Supervision

Clinical Supervision is your professional mirror…

Supervision can be defined as a formal, collaborative process where professionals regularly meet a qualified clinical supervisor to review their work, support their wellbeing, maintain ethical standards, and aid their development.

With my fundamental counselling training in the Person-Centred modality, I remain humanistic with my supervisory skills. I can also uniquely weave ecotherapy and nature connection offerings into our sessions, complementing my holistic approach and enabling both your personal and professional development, as well as providing wellbeing restoration and care.

I will support you to learn to trust yourself further and realise your potential.

I do not define myself as an expert, instead providing the space and means to work together collaboratively, and we can use the Seven Eyed Model (Shohet) to facilitate our sessions. Using my own experience and understandings, I can offer another perspective on the dilemmas faced or topics aired to support you and your practice.

“The expectation that we can be immersed in suffering and loss daily and not be touched by it is as unrealistic as expecting to be able to walk through water without getting wet…”
— Dr NR Remen

My supervision offerings to you…

“Supervision is not about getting it right. It’s about creating a space where disturbance can be explored, survived, reflected upon, and learned from...”
— R Shohet
“Supervision is an opportunity to bring someone back to their own mind, to show them how good they can be...”
— N Kilne
